Reservation Policies

Before continuing, we would like to make you aware of our reservation policies. Please read each policy and check the associated box accepting and understanding the policy.

Before continuing, we would like to make you aware of our reservation policies. The museum reserves the right to cancel reservations that do not adhere to the reservation policies.

You may cancel up to two weeks before program and receive a refund less a $25 fee. After that time, no refund can be made.

Enrollment forms (included in your confirmation email) must be returned by June 1st. For registrations made after June 1, forms are due within 2 days of registration.

No third-party registrations for are permitted. Each child must be registered by a parent or guardian.

The Summer Science Programs are focused learning experiences and are not a summer camp.  Children will participate in collaborative projects, group activities, hands-on experiments, and museum exploration. Students will be expected to actively participate in an age appropriate manner. The museum reserves the right to dismiss a disruptive child with no refund.
